Coverage:

We warrant that VISTA ABC Kits will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

Warranty Service:

If an instrument becomes defective within the warranty period, we will provide a free replacement, provided the defective instrument is returned to us.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or accidents.

Claim Process:

1. Contact Us: Notify us of the defect within the warranty period.

  1. Must provide proof of purchase with date.

2. Return the Defective Instrument: Ship the defective instrument to our designated address.

3. Replacement: Upon receipt and verification of the defect, we will ship a replacement instrument at no additional cost.
